²⁰ Can ^(A)wicked rulers be allied with you,
    those who frame injustice by ^(B)statute?
²¹ They ^(C)band together against the life of the righteous
    and condemn ^(D)the innocent to death.^[a]
22 But the Lord has become my ^(E)stronghold,
    and my God ^(F)the rock of my ^(G)refuge.
